Recently on my work computer, Firefox stopped working. It gets as far as starting up and showing the window; even appears to be showing the tabs from the last time it did work. Then it shuts itself down.
So I’ve started using Camino. It doesn’t have all the add-ons that Firefox has, but it’s certainly faster (since it’s built on the native Cocoa APIs rather than XUL) and more stable, and it runs on the same Gecko engine.
(Since I started writing this post, Firefox started working again, but I reckon I’ll stick with Camino …)
