Been checking out some AIR apps recently … I had a go at the Ebay desktop client but wasn’t terribly impressed. It has some improvements over the website, but the controls feel awkward, and the flow is not always obvious.
Snitter is an AIR app for the Twitter service that lets you view recent tweets, and post them. Better still (at least aesthetically) is Spaz, another AIR app that does a similar job. I’m keeping it installed, it’s great.
I wonder how hard it would be to make a little winamp-style AIR app … perhaps with connection to last.fm services or similar?
